Math F20 5.1-5.5
In Math Foundations 20, we will write a quiz on 5.1-5.5 on Thurday, March 29. The quiz will cover the more simple concepts of the chapter; there will be no large problems. Our major piece of evaluation for this outcome will be the Statical Reasoning Task. It is due Monday, April 2.

Physics 30 Vectors Exam
On Friday, March 23 we will be writing our Physics 30 Vectors Exam. The exam will be 6 problems and very similar in format to your review. Be sure that you know how to add vectors using scale diagrams and using algebraic addition (including vector resolution).

Math Pre-Calculus 20 Ch. 3 Exam
In Pre-Calculus 20 we are having an exam on Chapter 3 Quadratic Functions this Thursday, March 22. It covers vertex form, standard form and completing the square.
For review we will do questions from the Practice Test in the textbook; pages 201-203 #1-8, 9a, 10, 12, 13a, 15, 16.
The answers are in the textbook, but I have also done an answer key showing all of the work. You can find it on the wiki or here: HERE Make sure you are able to complete all of the questions, including the difficult problems, such as #16.
If you complete the entire review and get it signed by a parent or guardian you will receive a bonus mark on your exam.

Physics 20 Waves Exam
In Physics 20 we will be writing a Waves Exam on Thursday, March 15. The test will include multiple choice, diagrams, calculation problems, and written problems.

Foundations 20 Quadratics Exam
Math 20 Foundations
There will be a unit exam on Quadratics on Wedneday, March 14. You can find the review answer key: HERE
* NOTES:
- on #14, one of the solutions should have "+ square root 21"
- Question 4 should read: "Fill in the table for the quadratic function f(x) = –2(x + 5)(x + 2)."
Part of the exam will be completed with a graphing calculator, but most of it will not.
Get the review completed and signed for a bonus mark.

Math Pre-Calculus 20 Trig Exam
We will have our Math Pre-Calculus 20 Trig (Chapter 2) exam on Friday, March 9. Note that this exam contains two separate outcomes. Each ouctome will be evaluated separately; therefore, you will receive two marks on this exam. There are not a lot of questions from each, so please do your very best on each question!
Remember to complete the Hand-in Assignment on 2.3 and 2.4.
